On January 24, Assemblyman Felix W. Ortiz, Chairman of the New York State Puerto Rican/Hispanic Task Force and the Executive Members of the New York State Puerto Rican/Hispanic Task Force welcome guest speakers Mr. Jaime Torres (President Obama’s appointee for Regional Director -Region II of the U.S Dept of Health and Human Services), and Mr. Dennis Romero (President Obama’s appointee for Regional Administrator -Region II of SAMHSA) with Mr. Roger B. Adler (former Chair of the NYS Bar Association/ Criminal Justice Section) to have a discussion on the federal 2012 health initiatives.
